Special Agent Kevin Conklin has Nineteen Years experience as a FBI Special Agent and five years as a Delaware State Trooper. SA Conklin has been a member of the Cyber Task Force (CTF) for five years. Prior to the CTF, SA Conklin had supervised a Joint Terrorism Task Force, Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force and was the lead investigator on numerous international drug/gang investigations. As a result, SA Conklin has an extensive background in the high-risk, complex government and private sector environments. His experience includes, but is not limited to, law enforcement management, crisis management, emergency preparedness, compliance, weapons of mass destruction, and complex criminal/terrorism investigations. Furthermore, SA Conklin has expertise in multi-agency joint operations, international money laundering, violent crime, and international computer intrusion. Other professional experiences include, National Security Operations, Strategic Planning, Human, Resources Management, Task Force Operations, Special Event Planning, SWAT Team Leader, FBI Academy Adjunct Instructor, Crisis Management and Cyber Security.
